Right now, you are seeing me as a cardiologist, researcher, entrepreneur, speaker, and coach, but these are things that I’ve become. Earlier in my career and life, I faced many obstacles and hardships, and I have felt so overwhelmed and burned out on numerous occasions that I felt like giving up. My life hasn’t always been roses and peaches; it’s been tough. But 10 principles have been really pivotal in me up-leveling my life, and I truly believe these should be taught to everybody growing up. But they’re not. So I’m bringing them to you in this episode in the hopes that they will help you achieve your next level of success like they have shaped the last decade and a half of my life.

“It’s not what life throws at us, it’s our reactions to those challenges and obstacles that define us.”
