How to Beat Anxiety and Worry [Limitless MD, Episode 76]

A lot of my coaching clients come to me with a common question: how can they overcome their anxiety and worry? If you’re like the majority of people who are trying to level up their lives and achieve great things, you might be feeling stuck in what I call “analysis paralysis.”

In this week’s podcast episode, my mission is to help you move from a feeling of overwhelm to a feeling of being in control and making progress. The important thing to remember about anxiety and worry is that it is not an emotion to be feared. I want to encourage you to welcome it – as strange as that sounds – because it’s a message, warning you of future consequences if you don’t take action. The time to act is NOW!

In this podcast episode, I’ll talk you through my process for creating a results-oriented action plan. This plan can be applied to whatever you’re facing, whether it’s climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (like I just did), raising funding for a new business venture, or improving your relationship with your family. I’ll give you practical examples and a road map for leaving your anxiety and worry behind, opening the way to achieving the outcomes you desire.

“Here’s a maxim that I live by: Action beats anxiety, motion beats meditation, and work beats worry.”

– Dr. Vikram Raya
