Choosing the right mentor or coach has been foundational for the success I’ve achieved. I couldn’t have done it on my own, and as Isaac Newton once said, I stood on the shoulders of giants. You need people who have done what you want to do to help you along, show you how to do it, and introduce you to other people who have done it.
Not all coaches are a good fit for all people, so you have to make sure you choose one that works best for you. In this episode, I’m showing you how to establish whether you need a coach or mentor, the benefits of having one, and how working with one can catapult you to success. Learn how working with a coach enabled me to become an owner, not an operator, in my business and take my company to the next level and a rubric for figuring out if someone could be the right mentor or coach for you.
