Recovering from Fatigue: Burnout to Breakthrough [Limitless MD, Episode 77]


If you want to perform at your optimal best, you need to learn to recognize, measure, and fix burnout before it destroys you. In this week’s podcast episode, I’ll help you spot the signs immediately, and I’ll give you a range of tools that you can use to measure your body’s response to stress – and take action NOW!

It’s important to remember that there are solutions to burnout. One of them is an essential protocol that can help restore balance in just a few days. It’s called the 10-3-2-1-0 method, which I’ll walk you through in this episode. It gets me back to feeling myself in no time. I’ve also started using technology tools, like the Muse brain-sensing headband, to help measure my progress during meditation. It’s usually a combination of things that helps break through burnout – find the ones that work for you.
